Application

GRANT APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Applications for support are accepted from non-profit organizations throughout the year and reviewed quarterly.

The next Grant Review meeting has been scheduled for December 20, 2019.
All applications and supporting documentation must be received by December 13, 2019 in order to be considered at this review meeting.

(Please note that ALL applications REQUIRE proof of IRS 501(c)(3) status. This requirement will NOT be satisfied with proof of state exemptions.)

QUALIFIED APPLICANTS

Almost all grants are made in support of institutions in Worcester County, Massachusetts. 

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION

As we periodically revise our application form, please print out and return  the latest version of the appropriate forms found in our Downloads tab.   Proposals should be submitted in English only. Other information about your organization is welcome but not essential.

Please submit ONE (1) copy of your completed application and ONE (1) copy of all other required documents to:
