GRANT APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Applications for support are accepted from non-profit organizations throughout the year and reviewed quarterly.
The next Grant Review meeting has been scheduled for June 26, 2026.
All applications and supporting documentation must be received by June 19, 2026 in order to be considered at this review meeting.
(Please note that ALL applications REQUIRE proof of IRS 501(c)(3) status. This requirement will NOT be satisfied with proof of state exemptions.)
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT OUR PREFERENCE IN THE DELIVERY OF PROPOSALS IS THROUGH USPS. MATERIALS MAY BE SENT VIA EMAIL ONLY IF THE COMPLETE PACKAGE IS 20 PAGES OR LESS. IF DOCUMENTS ARE IN EXCESS OF 20 PAGES THEN WE REQUIRE THAT THE APPLICATION AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS BE SENT AS A HARD COPY VIA USPS. ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SIGNED BY THE APPLICANT.
QUALIFIED APPLICANTS
Almost all grants are made in support of institutions in Worcester County, Massachusetts.
PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
As we periodically revise our application form, please print out and return the latest version of the appropriate forms found in our Downloads tab. Proposals should be submitted in English only. Other information about your organization is welcome but not essential.
Please submit ONE (1) copy of your completed application and ONE (1) copy of all other required documents to:
